Removal and disposal of items beyond donating.

Packing Supplies – I will remove any boxes, bubble wrap or packing materials upon completion of any unpacking job. I will also provide any packing materials I have on hand free of charge.

I am also a Home Stager and would be happy to give free design tips.

Donation of Items – Will provide a receipt for taxes. See The Balance’s Donation Value Guide for 2020. Federal law provides that donated clothing and household items must be in “good used condition or better” in order to receive a tax donation. Goodwill issues and signs donation receipts at the time of donation. Donors are responsible for maintaining all tax records, as well as for assigning values to goods contributed.

Guest Speaker – I would be happy to be a free guest speaker at an event that is important to you!

Make Money – Refer a friend and upon completion of the job receive 1 hour of Free organizing or $45.00.
