Kathy and her team went the extra mile staging a home that had been vacant for over a year. The owner approved moving some old random furniture to the garage. Also, 1960’s shudders were removed from the entire home. Kathy also hired a cleaning crew to get the home stage ready. The furniture, colors, and accessories highlighted the home's architectural features while also distracting from the walls and flooring.
